You can delete your Calendyfy account and your personal data at any time. This page explains exactly how, whether you are a business owner, a customer who booked through Calendyfy, or someone who connected a third-party account to us.
Sign in at dashboard.calendyfy.com, go to Settings, scroll to Delete Account, and confirm. Your account is closed immediately and you are signed out of every device.
Open the Calendyfy app, go to More, then Settings, then Delete Account, and confirm.
Your profile, business page, services, spaces, availability and staff records are removed from public view straight away. Your personal data is erased within 30 days, except records we are required to keep for legal, tax or financial compliance, such as completed transactions and payout history.
Booking with a business on Calendyfy does not create an account for you. The business you booked with holds your name, contact details and booking history as the data controller.
Email privacy@calendyfy.com from the address you used to book, or ask the business directly. Tell us the business name and the approximate date of your booking so we can find the record. We will confirm your request within 30 days.
Where you have connected a third-party account to Calendyfy, such as Google Calendar, you can disconnect it at any time from Settings in your dashboard. Disconnecting revokes our access token immediately and stops any further syncing.
Any data we received from a connected account is deleted when you disconnect it, or when you delete your Calendyfy account, whichever happens first. We do not retain copies after access is revoked.
Email privacy@calendyfy.com from the address on the account, with the subject line "Data deletion request". Include your name and business name so we can identify the account. We may ask one or two questions to confirm it is really you before we act.
We acknowledge every request within 7 days and complete verified deletions within 30 days, in line with our Privacy Policy and the Nigeria Data Protection Act.
We retain a minimal record of completed transactions, invoices and payouts where law requires it. These records are kept separately from your profile and are not used to contact you or to build any profile of you.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
